Aviva Smart Health is provided to select Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited customers by Teladoc Health. Your policy pack will tell you if you have Aviva Smart Health – or if you get access through your employer, they’ll be able to confirm whether you can use it.

2. How do I get started?
You’ll need to complete a secure, one-time ID check before using the Aviva Smart Health service for the first time. It’s a simple, quick, and easy process to follow – all in line with Care Quality Commission guidelines. Make sure you have your passport or driving licence to hand, as well as your policy number or scheme code (you get this from your employer).

3. How often can I use Aviva Smart Health?
As many times as you need there’s no limits on usage.
